The Game of Weight Loss
You have lost 15.9lbs since joining CalorieKing in January 2009. In the past three months you have lost 6.2lbs which equals, on average, 2.1lbs per month. If you can keep losing weight at this rate, you can reach your goal weight by February 2010.
It is so encouraging that the month listed when it says I could reach my goal keeps getting sooner and sooner. I have weighed in at my goal weight once before last year. I know this goal is attainable. The key is how do I keep it that way. I am not so much focused on the number as I am about continuing to make smart choices with food. I truly judge my habits by how my body is changing. I can see and feel the progress and that is so wonderful. My self esteem is boosting at just the right time before I start a new job.
I feel that I have generated a lot of good habits that I will be able to continue after I start working. I am looking forward to the chance to impress others with how I handle the situations that I will face. I am told that each day will be different and I am loving the sounds of that. I want to stay busy. I am there to work. I want to earn my paycheck. I want to be a contributing factor to the success of the company.
I believe that God is rewarding my hard work in many ways. I am never going to give up on Him or myself. With Him, I can take on the world!
