In the Jurassic Park area, we could get our picture taken and have it transposed onto a dinosaur that was most like our personality. This was Kelley - notice the words on the left side - someone has a sense of humor here.

This was probably our favorite ride from day 1 at Universal Studios. It was fast with lots of things to see and continued for a long time. The end was pretty epic and DJ got pretty soaked.

Here is the final drop of one of our favorite rides at Universal. The theming, as you can see form the faux Mount Rushmore, was fantastic.

There was a comic land at Universal full of classic comic book stuff - this sandwich was HUGE! This was a really cool zone.

A store in Comic Land themed after the Beetle Bailey comic. This whole zone was really awesome.

A variation on the standard boat under a waterfall/get lucky or get wet kinda thing. Superb theming made this stand out. We got soaked, by the way.

Universal Islands of Adventure had a whole zone that only had two different live shows in it - no rides at all. Strange. Also, it was generic - not tied to a movie theme. The theming was pretty sweet, though. This rocky cliff waterfall thing was awesome

The set of a somewhat cheesy live show called the Eighth Voyage of Sindbad Stunt Show. The cheese came from the abundance of lame one-liners. The stunts were good, though, and we got kinda wet from the waterworks. It was worthwhile, certainly.

It rained a bit in the afternoon and we saw a vibrant rainbow - this shot catches that along with a train coming through one of the loops on the Incredible Hulk roller coaster
