DJ ran a 5K obstacle course called the Terrain Race in Virginia Beach his his former coworker, Tiffany (middle), and her friend, Kimmie. It wasn't one of the better obstacle course races DJ has done.

We went to the Cape Henry Lighthouse, the oldest American built lighthouse in the US. It was neat, but not worth a separate trip.
