DJ and Andy selling ice cold pop at the Cherry Festival. Yes, his shorts are too short, and those sunglasses are ridiculous, but he didn't care. We made some serious cash and had fun while doing it! Note that the tie died shirt I am wearing I made myself in art class in 5th or 6th grade, putting this picture in 1988 or 1989 most likely.

DJ and Andy selling pop at the Cherry Festival. Notice we had two coolers placed sideways on a board on top of our wagon. That was some advanced technology for the time. Everyone else just had a single cooler in their wagon. This allowed us to range farther out and for a longer time before coming back for refills. Of course, it also made the wagon much heavier, but we were up to it. The third cooler on the back was for empty cans - 10 cent deposit!

Andy, DJ, and Joel hang from "The Barge" at the Old Mission campground. That boat was one of our favorite playgrounds.

Apparently, DJ could hang on for the least amount of time. He still claims that his section of the bar was slippery.

Andy becomes the Grand Champion on the Barge Hanging circuit! I think he was just the most stubborn.

Andy plays some video game in DJ's room on the original NES while Paul, DJ, and Mitch watch. It is hard to tell, but DJ might be holding a controller as well playing a 2 player game with Andy.

All 4 of the Swan brothers. Andy, on the left, was DJ's friend from around 5 years old until he passed away. Also pictures is Tim, Steve, and Jeff.
