DJ ran a 5K obstacle course called the Terrain Race in Virginia Beach his his former coworker, Tiffany (middle), and her friend, Kimmie. It wasn't one of the better obstacle course races DJ has done.

There is a nature run near where DJ works and one time running around he noticed an area where crabs were running around everywhere. Pretty cool to see.

We took a trip to the Cape Henry Lighthouse and took a selfie from on top of it. It is the oldest lighthouse in the US.
